Position: Administrative Assistant

Pay: $12/hr.

Description: Part-time (20-30 hrs./week). Flexible daytime work schedule needed Monday – Friday, no weekends normally. Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Excel, international and domestic customer sales, time sensitive tasks and administrative duties as needed. QuickBooks or equivalent experience is a plus. Experience preparing international/domestic shipments and mail merging is a plus. Candidate must display initiative as well as be able to work well with others as a team and have a positive work ethic. Candidate needs to be efficient, have good organizational and time management skills. Candidate must have either applicable college training or prior work experience to apply.
